Size of Artwork

• Artwork should be A4 sized (210 × 297 millimeters).

• Participants are encouraged to create their artwork in horizontal (landscape) orientation

Medium for Painting / Drawing

• Any medium is welcome except digital art

• Acceptable mediums include pencil, charcoal, crayons, watercolors, and oil colors

• Digital tools such as painting software and stylus-based work are not allowed

• Participants are requested to mention the following on the front/top of the artwork:

Number of Entries

• Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 entries during the submission period

Entry Fee

• A non-refundable submission fee applies:

• India:
  ₹150  (1 entry)
  ₹250  (2 entries)
  ₹400  (3 entries) (maximum limit)

• International Participants:
  $2  (1 entry)
  $3.5 (2 entries)
  $5 (3 entries) (maximum limit)

Submission Guidelines

• Entries must be submitted through the official Google Form

• Upload a clear photograph or scanned image of the artwork

• The artwork should be well-lit and clearly visible (no shadows or blur)

Special Participation (Institutional Entries)

• Schools or institutions submitting entries for more than 30 participants may contact the organizers for special coordination and group submission support

Terms & Responsibilities

• Supervision of Internet Usage: Parents/guardians are advised to supervise children during the registration and submission process.

• Originality of Artwork: Entries must be the original work of the participant. Any instance of plagiarism or submission of work created by someone other than the participant will lead to disqualification, removal from the contest, and possible revocation of prizes.

• Submission of Shortlisted Entries: In certain cases, shortlisted participants may be requested to provide a short video showcasing their artwork to verify its authenticity. This additional step ensures the integrity of the contest and upholds fair judgment.

• Jury Decision: The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

• Usage Rights: By submitting the artwork, participants grant permission to the organizers to use it for promotional and exhibition purposes.

• Technical Responsibility: The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues during submission.

• Changes to the Contest: The organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the contest if required.
